Brother-in-Law goes to Prom!

My Brother in law and his girlfriend stepped out a few weeks ago to attend their Senior Prom. Both of them looked amazing!! I am so proud of him. Next stop...College!! Brianna was so sweet, she asked me to do her makeup for their prom.

Here is Nardee with his girlfriend Brianna. They are too cute!

Two brothers, mother & father. Very Nice!

13 (?) years apart yet they still look like twins!! LOL

I see you Labron...I mean Nardee! LOL

Custom made dress!

Had to take a picture of my niece in her own little world looking so innocent.

Savannah Vineyard's Christening

The Vineyard family was in town about a month ago for baby Savannah's christening! It is always a joy when they come back home to visit. Boy do I miss them! I really miss my girl Sidni! She is soooooo grown, and SMART!

Here is my Pers with little Savannah. It's so funny how much she looks like Sid!

No More Puppy Wallpaper

I'm so excited that hubby handled getting rid of the puppy wallpaper that was in our half bath! The previous owners felt the need to express their love for dogs by putting up wallpaper with tons of them everywhere! We actually lived with it for longer than I think most people would have, but nonetheless...the wallpaper is down!

The walls are now painted a nice light grey color. Now I have to decide how to complete the look. I'm thinking about have the accent colors white, and maybe green. We shall see.

Here are some pictures of the bathroom after it has been painted.

I have no idea where the before pics are of this bathrrom, but here is a pic of me playing with eyelashes looking a MESS. This was the only pic I could find with some of the wallpaper in the background! LOL!

This past Sunday, hubby worked VERY hard to remove the bushes that were in front of our house. I will have to upload the digital pics, but here is one that I took with my phone.

My attempt to be creative!

After reading so many awesome creative blogs I've started looking at things differently around my house. A few weeks ago a lamp shade broke, and figured I'd save it to pick the brain of fellow bloggers to see what I could possibly do with it. I'd be interested to see what is suggested. Its just a cream paper like shade. Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

Biff's Fresh Cut!

Yesterday Biff went to the Groomer for a well need bath & cut! He even gets spoiled there! They baby him, and gets to hang out behind the front counter until I pick him up.

Here is his before and after look. I love to keep his hair cut low, but only get to do it during the Summer months. I think I am the only one that likes it cut short!! Hubby, mom, and sister hates it! Ha!

Here he is with the nice fresh cut! Love it!!

Shower almost complete

Hubby, and contractors has made progress with the shower since my last bathroom post. The title installation is almost done with the exception of the floor. The walls are suppose to be painted within the next few days, so we are excited about that. Hopefully, they will continue right along and install the new sink and toilet, and then it will be my turn to complete the decoration. In the meantime, I've been working on the front yard, bedroom, and starting to get some ideas for remodeling our bedroom closets...more to come on that!

So, below are the before and work in progress pics of the shower...

We decided to just title one of the walls. I need to get a better pic.

Thanks to Men!

I know the quality of this picture is poor, but this was the only one that I could find. This room may look familiar to some. Ha! It's actually the set of Two and a Half Men. A show that I watch often. Anyway, they dresser to the right is something that I've always had my eye on since I start watching this show. The rest of the room doesn't impress me much. Hubby and I have dresser similar to the one in the picture, but without the brass studs. I was thinking about making this a DIY project, but I have no idea where to find these studs, or the proper way to place them on the wood. Any ideas/suggestions??
